Effective skincare doesn’t have to be a confusing minefield of jargon and too many options, nor does it have to cost you an arm and a leg! 

It’s not just WHAT products you use, but HOW you use them that will help you unlock your best skin. 

Mysura builds tailored skincare routines that utilise products you already have, supplement your favourites, or allow you to start from scratch building customised and agile skincare routines so you can be the best you.

We only use products that are readily available from supermarkets, pharmacies or specialty stores like Sephora, from brands you know and trust (or have at least seen or heard of!) and you can choose your budget or retailer type to build your routine. We do not create our own products as there are so many great products on the market, it’s about knowing what products to choose from a sea of available brands and then how to use them – and that’s what we’re here to help you with.

We provide recommendations of products and routines that are brand and retailer-agnostic and completely tailored to your changing needs that is easy and fully accessible, without bias, extreme marketing claims or confusing jargon.

About the Founder

Jessica Louise Ley (Jess) started Mysura in 2024. Suffering with bad skin for most of my life, after I turned 30 I decided enough was enough and I was going to crack the code of skincare to finally feel confident in my own skin. So I’ve gone down many rabbit holes, watched copious amounts of content and read the books to learn as much as I could. But theory only takes you so far, and that’s when the trial and error phase began. I bought and tried more products than I dare to admit and used myself as my own guinea pig to finally get my skin looking it’s best. This combination of research and experimentation lead me to be known by friends and family as a skincare expert and I started building custom routines for them manually, always checking in to get the feedback to be able to learn and iterate. 

This process of theoretical knowledge and practical experience led me to developing the bespoke algorithm that powers Mysura today, which we’ll continue to iterate, so we can help more and more people to unlock their best skin.

Why I started Mysura

I’m an investigative and creative change agent with a career spanning over a decade in major global CPG companies, where I've honed a broad expertise in marketing, specializing in media, digital transformation, operations, and eCommerce. With the combination of a strategic approach and being highly adaptable, I love tackling challenging problems with a curious experimentation mindset. My roles in technology consulting and senior leadership, where I’ve managed teams and strategised to solve complex business problems have equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of modern business environments. This enabled me to unlock competitive advantage through innovative solutions and an empowering leadership style.

I hold an MBA, a Master of Finance, and a graduate accreditation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, grounding my practical experience with a strong theoretical foundation. This blend of education and experience enables me to drive significant improvements in both the top-line growth and bottom-line performance of the organizations I work with.

Through my career, I've been recognized for my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams towards achieving strategic business goals, earning accolades such as the Best Enabler Award from Wipro, CEO & CMO Awards at The Arnott’s Group, Employee of the Year, Top Talent Award and Commercial Excellence Award at Kellogg’s
